Turmeric Trail is a vibrant new brand created to celebrate and bring the spirit of India to your kitchen. Noted Chef Raghavan Iyer is the culinary force behind Turmeric Trail which will launch in Fall 2011 with four signature roasted spice blends representing four distinct regions in India; Garam Masala, Mumbai Masala, Madras Masala, and Chai Masala.

Chef Iyer, an award winning cookbook author, culinary educator, spokesperson and consultant to numerous national and international clients, is thrilled to create a line of products that will make cooking Indian-inspired dishes much simpler and more accessible for the home cook. The unique, roasted spice blends can be used to create a grand variety of meals, drinks and desserts.

Chef Iyer will be launching the Turmeric Trail Regional Roasts by showcasing recipes and sample dishes at events hosted at Kitchen in the Market at the Midtown Global market.
